I've been working on this "collection" for a while, almost six monthts, now the guys are proud to present the Urban Safari Collection for Hommes:
Of course you have seen some of these dresses and you shall see them in the next adventures of the guys, expecially Carlo shall use them in the next travelling dolly posts, but I thought the collection deserved a post of his own!
The guys look pretty handsome, perhaps these colours aren't really befitting for the pale ones, with the noticeable exeption of Carlo, he looks wonderful whatever the colour of the clothes is!

Now you know what I've been up to in the last months!
(Applause, applause, applause.....me and all my dolls are clapping!) Billa, you have outdone yourself. Your collection is wonderful and so well made!!!! And your handsome guys really showed off your fashions well. (Then again, you can't go wrong with FR Hommes the supermodels of the doll universe.) Aren't you also working on a tartan collection as well. Can't wait to see!!!! Big hugs.

DeleteI'm working on the tartan collection, I'm halfway with it, as I've decided to make the collection also for the girls, it is quite a huge project, and you will see some previews in the near future!

ReplyDeleteThank you Phyllis! I'm pretty satisfied by all the dresses, maybe a bit less with Alessandro's outfit, but I think it is just because it is very simple. I'm sure that I'm not finished with Urban Safari dresses, but now I'm going to work on something else for a while.

Hi Eibhlin, thank you so much! you're so right, Orso Maria is a "sleeper" I bought hims some time ago and he's growing on me, he must have a "series" of his own!
DeleteBilla your work is amazing! Do you sell on Etsy? No, I shouldn't ask, my wallet will groan in exasperation because of your miniature expertise! Your boys are so chic. Their shoes are fab as well. That is one thing my hommes suffer from..a lack of shoes. The detailing on their jackets and pants is so neatly done!
ReplyDeleteHi Lisa, thank you so much, I don't sell on Etsy as it really takes me a lifetime to sew a dress, but I'm going to share some tutorials, (I know I'm so slow at preparing posts, it's a pain....but I can't really do any better until my retirement, and I won't be able to retire before 22 years....LOL)
DeleteHommes shoes are a real problem, they cost a lot of money, all my dolly money have been going into hommes shoes lately.

ReplyDeleteHi Jewell, thank you! Orso Maria's is inspired by a Diesel outfit of a couple of years ago, while Enrico's is from last year's D&G collection, I think the Diesel outfit is the more intriguing.
