Tonner Inspiration

I was looking for something special for Margherita, something with a 60's feel but elegant, and found these pictures from an old Tonner collection. I like very much Tonner dolls, but as I'm not collecting 16", I limit myself to admire them.

I can tell you, this was not an easy one!!!

of course I wasn't able to keep all the details, but I think I managed to get a nice result. The dress is made with a mixed wool/silk fabric, it has a strange mimetic fantasy, I should call this outfit "shopping guerrilla"....

actually she's ready to fight - maybe kill -  for a new pair of shoes!!!!

Margherita looks pretty happy with it!
