End of summer

Summer is nearly over, I haven't been able to get the cover for september ready on time, as you see in spite of rainy dais we are still spending all our spare time at the beach.

But come september I'll be able to get my editorial line back on track, so you'll see some travelling dollies, fashions and tutorials.

Meanwhile I'll try to keep up with the schedule of dioramas and new outfits!

This month I'll be seldom at home, as september is a very busy month for my work, but at worst this means that dioramas will have to wait just a little while.

See you soon

Kisses Billa

  2. Hi Billa,
It's hot here in the Midwest of the US. But in a few days, the storms will come and push away the hot weather. Temperatures will get cooler as the children go back to school. Take your time and get your work done. We'll all still be here! Great looking photo (as always.)

  4. Hey hey Billa... I love that photo! Which beach is this, seems very relaxing and calming...

Here in the Philippines, rains have come since July but when they're not around, it's just way too hot... Hot as any tropical country might have on a summer day =)

    1. Hi Shasha, this is the "Nuovo Lido" in Genoa, this is the place I go the whole summer, maybe it's not the most beautiful beach, but you're right is a relaxing and comfortable place!
I'd love to come visit the Philippines, someday I'm gonna make it!

  7. Striking photo! I've never seen a beach that color. (City-dweller that I am, I thought all sand is tan. Ah me. Much to learn ;-D)

Thanks foe sharing this photo and your dolls' relaxing. I look forward to seeing you when you post. Best wishes,

    1. Hi D7ana, actually beaches come in many different colours, in Liguria (north west of Italy) we have these beaches of little round rocks made of quartz and silicon (limestones) so the beaches from Genoa up to the "Cinque Terre" are in this strange shade of grey. Otherwise we don't have any beaches but rocky shores. I love to plunge into the sea from the rocks!
I've got a bunch of regular posts ready and I'll get started from next friday, stay tuned!

    2. Thanks for sharing that information. Cool! I look forward to seeing the different colored beaches. I haven't been to beaches as an adult. (Thoroughly urban, lol.)

Will be a treat for me to see your beaches ;-)
